MiZa, short for Mina Zayed, is Abu Dhabi’s new home for communities of practice and untold stories. We offer a range of affordable and flexible spaces so that creative and unique businesses – regardless of their industry, sector, or practice – can make their own. Beyond space, MiZa is experimenting with a new model of working, one where its members are neighbours and catalysts for each other’s growth. This community encourages opening doors, exchanging services and ideas, and a consistent stream of community-powered programming.

Today, we are searching for our next batch of tenants who will help us amplify the tone of this neighbourhood and its core values of innovation, collaboration, and generosity of spirit. The second set of spaces will launch periodically from Winter 2024 to Spring 2025. Applications will close on November 30th, 2024 and will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
